The decision to undergo plastic surgery treatment is usually a personal journey. My primary goal is therefore to provide you with comprehensive information during this process and to give you the confidence you need to make an informed decision. Below you will find some information about your procedure to help you in your decision-making process.

Billing
To avoid any misunderstandings, it is very important to us that you are aware of the costs you will incur.
Initial consultation and operation costs
We take the liberty of charging €85.00 for our initial consultation. If you decide to have treatment with us, the cost of the initial consultation will of course be offset against the cost of the treatment. After making an appointment for surgery, we will provide you with a binding cost estimate in which we will inform you of all costs incurred (surgery, anaesthesia, inpatient stay, etc.).
We are not licensed by the health insurance companies and can therefore only treat privately insured patients.
If required, we will be happy to provide you with a certificate of medical necessity for the procedure as well as complete photo documentation for your private health insurance.

Follow-up cost insurance
In the hands of an experienced specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery, cosmetic operations are relatively low-risk procedures. However, despite the greatest care, the possibility of complications is always present with every surgical procedure. Following the amendment of the Health Care Reform Act from 1 April 2007, you as a patient must bear the post-treatment costs of an operation performed outside the catalogue of services covered by statutory health insurance.
With the appropriate insurance cover, you can protect yourself against this financial risk.
medassure is a new insurance policy to protect against consequential costs that may arise due to complications following medically unindicated aesthetic and/or plastic surgery.

The clinic
Your safety and the best possible medical care is our top priority. We have experienced doctors from 15 specialist practices at your disposal who offer comprehensive and interdisciplinary services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. For you, this means maximum safety during your operation and - in the event of an inpatient stay - competent care around the clock. Even if you are having an aesthetic procedure, we apply exactly the same standards as in any other area of medicine. For this reason, we practise in a large private clinic with an extensive infrastructure.
At ATOS Private Clinic Munich, we guarantee you complete medical care and medical and anaesthesiological support around the clock, 365 days a year.
Medical safety and comfort for demanding patients
If you decide to have an operation at our clinic, we want you to feel comfortable with us: ideally not like a patient, but like a guest in a hotel. Whenever you need us, we will take time to listen to your wishes and needs. In the event of an inpatient stay, friendly and comfortable rooms with a total of 40 beds are available to you on two wards.
Our practice is located on the 3rd floor of the Atos Private Clinic, in the centre of Munich's Bogenhausen district. We are easy to reach by public transport as well as by private car.
The clinic has an underground car park where you can park your car, subject to availability. There are also free car parks around the clinic.
